Abstract

"APARELHO PARA MEDIR IMPEDâNCIA DE UMA ESTRUTURA RESSONANTE". Aparelho para medir o valor de uma propriedade física que afeta a impedância de uma estrutura ressonante eletricamente, dito aparelho compreende uma estrutura ressonante eletricamente, uma fonte de energia elétrica RC, uma linha de transmissão RF bidirecional conectando dita fonte a dita estrutura ressonante, um acoplador direcional associado com a dita linha de transmissão, dita fonte fornece um sinal de excitação para a dita estrutura, dito acoplador direcional detectando a voltagem ou fase de um sinal refletido retornando a dita estrutura ressonante onde a estrutura ressonante é substancialmente radiada sem energia e, a uma dada freq³ência da dita fonte, possuindo uma impedância que varia continuamente como uma função do valor da dita propriedade física. Tipicamente a estrutura ressonante eletricamente é pelo menos parcialmente composta de material piezoelétrico.
