Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE COMPOSTOS TRICARBONìLICOS METáLICOS FACIAIS E SEU USO NA ROTULAçãO DE SUBSTRATOS BIOLOGICAMENTE ATIVOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método de preparação de um composto de fórmula geral (I): fac-[M(CO)~ 3~(OH~ 2~)~ 3~]^ +^ onde M é Mn, ^ 99m^Tc, ^ 186^Re ou ^ 188^Re, por reação de um metal na forma de permetalato com monóxido de carbono e um agente redutor, caracterizado pelo fato de uma mistura de uma base, um agente redutor solúvel em água mas não substancialmente decomposto por água, e opcionalmente um agente estabilizante é dissolvido em um sistema de solvente contendo água contendo uma solução de metal na forma de permaganato, pertecnetato na presença de monóxido de carbono e opcionalmente na presença de um haleto. A invenção refere-se ainda a um método de preparação de um composto marcado com o auxílio do composto de fórmula geral (I), para um método de preparação direta de compostos marcados, para um método de rotulação de substratos tais como aminoácidos, peptídios, proteínas, açúcares, moléculas pequenas de ligação a receptor e células do corpo, com o auxílio do composto de fórmula geral (I) e para um kit para a preparação de uma composição de rotulação e um kit para a preparação de uma composição farmacêutica ou terapêutica.
