Abstract
"FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADO, GENE QUIMéRICO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA TRANSFORMADA, MéTODO DE ALTERAçãO DO NìVEL DE EXPRESSãO DE UMA GLICOGENINA VEGETAL, MéTODO DE OBTENçãO DE UM FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADO E PRODUTO". A presente invenção refere-se a fragmentos de ácido nucleico isolados que codificam totalmente ou uma parte substancial de uma glicogenina vegetal ou de proteínas com carga de água. A invenção também se refere à construção de genes quiméricos que codificam totalmente ou uma parte substancial de uma glicogenina vegetal ou proteínas com carga de água, sob orientação direta ou indireta, sendo que a expressão do gene quimérico resulta na produção de níveis alterados de uma glicogenina vegetal ou de uma proteína com carga de água em uma célula hospedeira.
