Abstract
"TROCADOR DE CALOR E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DA TAMPA DE UMA CAIXA D'áGUA DE UM TROCADOR DE CALOR". A invenção sea refere a um 1 trocador de calor de tubos chatos de alumínio, de ao menos dois escoamentos, para veículos automotores, com ao menos uma caixa d'água (6) com tampa (10) e fundo de tubo (8), sendo que os tubos chatos de vários escoamentos, com suas extremidades livres, respectivamente, engatam de forma soldada em uma fenda no fundo de tubo (8), sendo que a caixa d'água (6), por meio de ao menos uma parede de separação (30), a qual é disposta no plano, cada, de uma parede de separação (36) entre escoamentos contíguos dos tubos chatos, é subdividida em ao menos uma divisão do lado de entrada e uma do lado de saída, e sendo que a parede de separação (30) da caixa d'água (6), cada, penetra em uma ranhura ou em uma fenda no fundo do tubo (8) mediante cruzamento das extremidades livres (16) dos tubos chatos (2). De acordo com a invenção, está previsto que sobre a borda (48) do fundo de tubo (8) sejam distribuídas interrupções (50) configuradas neste, nas quais penetram ling³etas (56) configuradas na borda livre (52) da tampa (10),.
