Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"BIOLOGIA MOLECULAR PARA FABRICAçãO DE ISOPRENóIDES"<D>. A presente invenção é dirigida a uma codificação de seq³ência DNA isolada para uma enzima envolvida na etapa mevalonato ou a etapa de pirofosfato isopentenila para pirofosfato farnesila, vetores ou plasmídeos compreendendo tal DNA, hospedeiros transformados por quer tais DNAs ou vetores ou plasmídeos e um processo para a produção de isoprenoides e carotenóides através do uso de tais células hospedeiras transformadas.
