Abstract

"COMPóSITO NãO TECIDO, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DO MESMO, ARTIGO, E, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO" Um compósito não tecido é formado hidroemaranhando uma tela fibrosa em um tela base não tecida e posteriormente tratando as telas hidroemaranhadas com um agente de tratamento têxtil selecionado de silicones, derivados de silicones e compostos amónio quaternários. A tela base não tecida, a qual pode ser feita de fibras de poliéster, polipropileno ou poliamida, poderá ser formado em uma carda e posteriormente perfurado ou hidroemaranhado, ou ele poderá ser um tela ligada em fiação. A tela fibrosa que poderá ser formada por um processo úmido ou ao ar poderá ser feito de polpa preparada a partir de fibras de madeira e/ou fibras vegetais tais como abacá, sisal ou juta; alternativamente, as telas fibrosas e sintéticas, como por exemplo aramida, náilon ou raiom, poderiam ser utilizados. Os agente de tratamento têxtil poderá ser aplicado em uma quantidade de 3 a 7% em peso dos sólidos no compósito não tratado. O compósito não tecido poderá ser utilizado como um forro entre o corpo de um artigo moldado, por exemplo um componente interior de painel de um veículo motorizado, e um material de revestimento decorativo suportado pelo referido corpo.
