Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA REDUZIR A EXTENSãO DE DEGRADAçãO DE PROTEASE DE UMA PROTEìNA APLICADA A OU PRODUZIDA POR UMA PLANTA, PARA INIBIR O CRESCIMENTO DE UM PATóGENO VEGETAL E PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA, PEPTìDEO, MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, SEGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, CONSTRUçãO DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, PLANTA TRANSGêNICA, SEMENTE, CéLULA VEGETAL, E, COMPOSIçãO PARA O USO NA PROTEçãO DE UM PEPTìDEO, POLIPEPTìDEO OU PROTEìNA NA DEGRADAçãO DA PROTEASE" São divulgados peptídeos que têm estabilidade intensificada contra protease vegetais e são úteis no controle de doenças vegetais. Os peptídeos também têm a capacidade de proteger outros peptídeos, polipeptídeos ou proteínas da degradação por proteases vegetais, fúngicas, virais, bacterianas, de insetos ou de outras origens. O DNA que codifica os peptídeos da presente invenção podem ser co-expressados com outros peptídeos exógenos que codificam o DNA em plantas transgênicas como um método para a proteção de peptídeos estranhos da degradação por proteases. Também são divulgadas seq³ências de ácido nucleico, microorganismo, plantas e composições úteis para o tratamento de doenças vegetais.
