Abstract

processos para preparar compostos, uso de compostos, composição farmacêutica e método para tratamento de câncer. a presente invenção se refere a compostos de 1,5-bis(4-hidróx-3-metóxi-fenil)-penta-1,4-dien-3-ona e seus derivados, assim como seus processos de obtenção. estes compostos são úteis para o tratamento de cânceres e mostraram-se praticamente atóxicos e apresentam ação citostática e citocida consideráveis. a presente invenção ainda se refere a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo os ditos compostos e método de tratamento de câncer compreendendo os ditos compostos.
