Abstract

"PUBLICAçãO DE CONTEúDO DIGITAL DENTRO DE UM UNIVERSO DEFINIDO, TAL COMO UMA ORGANIZAçãO, DE ACORDO COM UM SISTEMA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE DIREITOS DIGITAIS (DRM)". Um licenciador recebe uma solicitação do requisitante, onde o solicitante inclui dados de direitos associados com conteúdo digital, e onde os dados de direitos listam pelo menos um identificador e um conjunto de direitos associado com ele. O licenciador seleciona o identificador e o conjunto de direitos associado com ele, onde espera-se que tais direitos sejam apresentados em uma licença digital correspondente, e também seleciona, com base no identificador, um conjunto alternativo de direitos. O conjunto alternativo de direitos é usado em substituição ao conjunto de direitos dos dados de direitos, e a licença é emitida ao requisitante com o conjunto alternativo de direitos, por meio do que o conjunto alternativo de direitos na licença emitida apresenta termos e condições que o requisitante deve concordar em relação à interpretação do conteúdo correspondente.
