Abstract

"PUBLICAçãO DE CONTEúDO DIGITAL DENTRO DE UM UNIVERSO DEFINIDO COMO UMA ORGANIZAçãO DE ACORDO COM UM SISTEMA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE DIREITOS DIGITAIS (DRM)". Um licenciador recebe uma solicitação de um requerente incluindo um identificador identificando o requerente e os dados de direitos associados ao conteúdo digital, onde os dados de direitos listam pelo menos um identificador e direitos a ele associados. O licenciador depois disso localiza o identificador do requerente em um diretório, e localiza no diretório com base nele um identificador de cada grupo do qual o requerente é um membro. Cada identificador do requerente localizado e cada identificador do grupo localizado são comparados a cada identificador listado nos dados de direitos para encontrar uma compatibilidade, e uma licença digital para transmitir o conteúdo é expedida ao requerente com os direitos associados ao identificador compatível.
