Abstract

"COMPOSTOS ELASTOMéRICOS COM CARGA DE SìLICA". A invenção fornece um processo para preparar um elastómero de halobutila com carga, que compreende misturar um elastómero de halobutila com pelo menos uma carga mineral que tenha sido reagida com pelo menos um composto orgânico contendo pelo menos um grupo contendo nitrogênio básico e pelo menos um grupo hidroxila e, opcionalmente, com pelo menos um composto de silazano antes de misturar a referida carga com o referido elastómero de halobutila e opcionalmente curar o elastómero com carga de enxofre ou outros sistemas curativos. Esta invenção tem as vantagens de (a) não envolver álcool ou durante a fabricação ou subseq³ente ao uso do artigo fabricado a partir do composto, (b) melhorar a segurança abrasiva dos compostos de elastómero de halobutila com carga que emprega sílica como a carga mineral e um aditivo contendo amina e hidroxila como um auxiliar dispersante (c) reduzir significantemente o custo do composto comparado aos compostos análogos correntemente conhecidos na técnica.
