Abstract

"FECHO CORREDIçO COM BATENTE DE EXTREMIDADE INFERIOR SEPARáVEL". A presente invenção está relacionada a um fecho corrediço com um batente de extremidade inferior separável que permite que uma parte de reforço do batente de extremidade inferior separável seja costurada de maneira segura impedindo assim que as nervuras numa posição de costura sejam danificadas por uma agulha de costura. Uma parte de reforço (10) é moldada integralmente numa parte de metade inferior de cada um de um pino de caixa (8) e um pino de inserto (9) do batente de extremidade inferior separável utilizando resina sintética de maneira tal que fica exposta na fita de fecho (3). A parte de reforço (10) é constituída por um membro auxiliar (11) e nervuras (13) moldadas numa posição de costura (40) para serem costuradas num objeto de costura. A nervura (13) é moldada de maneira tal que sua altura é de 0,5 a 0,85 mm e sua largura é 0,6 a 0,9 mm e que a nervura é expandida gradualmente desde a parte do vértice até a parte da base. Uma parte de vão (23), que é mais larga do que a parte de base da nervura (13) é moldada entre nervuras (13) vizinhas. Assim, a nervura (13) impede o choque de uma agulha de costura para impedir que a mesma nervura seja danificada por ação da agulha de costura e a parte de vão (23) garante a costura da fita de fecho no objeto de costura.
