Abstract
"FRAGMENTO DE TAQ POLIMERASE TERMOESTáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um fragmento de DNA polimerase Thermus aquaticus (TaqWT) desprovido de aminoácidos N-terminais 288 (Taq<30>288) possui uma termostabilidade aumentada sobre as TaqWT, Taq<30>279, e Taq<30>289. A presente invenção portanto fornece Taq<30>288, os vetores de expressão recombinantes que codificam a mesma ou seus derivados, assim como os protocolos de purificação para a Taq<30>288. A invenção também abrange kits contendo Taq<30>288 assim como o uso de Taq<30>288 e kits contendo Taq<30>288. Além disso, a invenção abrange métodos para o seq³enciamento de um padrão de ácido nucléico e métodos para a amplificação de um ácido nucléico alvo.
