Abstract

"RECIPIENTE ENVOLVIDO DE UMA Só VEZ, COM MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS E MéTODO E PEçA EM BRUTO RELATIVO AO MESMO". A presente invenção provê um recipiente para embalar de uma só vez e um método para formar tal recipiente e uma peça em bruto do mesmo. A peça em bruto e, portanto, o recipiente, são formados de uma teia de camadas múltiplas que tem uma dobra de revestimento interna e uma dobra de rótulo externa, cada uma aderida a lados opostos de uma dobra de papel, o qual pode ser papel reciclado. A teia de camadas múltiplas é cortada de uma forma predeterminada, por exemplo, usando-se uma matriz giratória, formando, assim, a peça em bruto. O recipiente pode, então, ser formado embalando-se, de uma única vez, a peça em bruto, de modo que não seja requerido envolver de forma helicoidal e a costura formada por meio da união das extremidades da peça em bruto seja linear.
