Abstract

"CILINDRO MESTRE DE SEGURANçA APRIMORADA E PISTãO PARA O REFERIDO CILINDRO MESTRE". A presente invenção refere-se primariamente a um cilindro mestre de segurança aprimorada e a um pistão para tal cilindro mestre, particularmente um cilindro mestre compreendendo um pistão produzido por moldagem de plástico ou de liga de alumínio, por exemplo. o cilindro mestre de acordo com a presente invenção compreende um pistão deslizando em um orifício bloqueado por uma parede em uma extremidade, o pistão compreendendo uma válvula suportada em descanso contra um pino montado de maneira fixa ao corpo do cilindro mestre, o referido pino passando através do pistão por uma fenda longitudinal, sendo as dimensões do cilindro mestre determinadas de modo que o pistão seja pressionado contra o pino antes de entrar em contato com a parede da extremidade do corpo do cilindro mestre. A presente invenção se aplica primariamente à indústria de freios de veículos automotores e especialmente à indústria de freios para carros particulares.
