Abstract
"PNEUMáTICO COM CAMADA SELANTE COLORIDA EMBUTIDA". A presente invenção refere-se a um pneumático com uma camada selante embutida tendo uma cor diferente de preta. A camada selante é derivada de uma camada precursora selante compreendida de uma borracha butílica, organoperóxido e sílica, juntamente com um colorante. A camada selante precursora à base de borracha butílica é embutida no pneu, para formar um conjunto de pneu, e o seu componente de borracha butílica é despolimerizado durante cura subseq³ente do pneu a uma temperatura elevada em um molde adequado, para formar o pneu tendo a camada selante colorida embutida resultante. A composição precursora selante pode conter, adicionalmente, argila e/ou carbonato de cálcio.
