Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM COAGULANTE A PARTIR DE SANGUE TOTAL ANTICOAGULADO, KIT PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM COAGULANTE A PARTIR DE SANGUE TOTAL ANTICOAGULADO, E, FRAçãO DE SANGUE HUMANO". Um método para a preparação de um coagulante homólogo ou autólogo de sangue total é descrito. A precipitação direta de sangue total anticoagulado evita a necessidade de uma etapa de isolamento de plasma com resultados inesperados. O coagulante homólogo ou autólogo produzido pelo método da presente invenção demonstrou tempos de coagulação equivalentes aos das preparações de trombina humana e de trombina bovina comercialmente disponiveis, com cinética melhorada de liberação de fator de crescimento das plaquetas ativadas sobre as preparações de trombina bovina.
