Abstract
"MATERIAL DE METALOSSILICATO EM CAMADAS MODIFICADO E PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um material de metalossilicato em camadas modificado que é produzido por um processo que compreende as seguintes primeira a quinta etapas: (Primeira Etapa) uma etapa de aquecer uma mistura que contém um composto padrão, um composto de boro, um composto que contém silício e água para, desse modo, obter um precursor (A); (Segunda Etapa) uma etapa de tratar com ácido o precursor (A) obtido na primeira etapa, para, desse modo, obter um precursor (B); (Terceira Etapa) uma etapa de aquecer o precursor (B) obtido na segunda etapa na presença de um agente de intumescimento a fim de inchar o precursor (B) para, desse modo, obter um precursor (C); (Quarta Etapa) uma etapa de modificar a maneira de empilhamento entre camadas no precursor (C) obtido na terceira etapa para, desse modo, obter um precursor (D); e (Quinta Etapa) uma etapa de calcinar o precursor (D) obtido na quarta etapa para, desse modo, obter um material de metalossilicato em camadas modificado.
