Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA TIRA DE AçO BIFáSICO DE ESTRUTURA FERRITO-MARTENSìTICA, LAMINADA A FRIO E TIRA OBTIDA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de uma tira de aço bifásico de estrutura ferrito-martensítica, laminada a frio no qual lamina-se a quente uma placa cuja composição química compreende, em peso 0,010 % <243> C <243> 0,100% 0,050 % <243> Mn <243> 1,0% 0,010 % <243> Cr <243> 1,0% 0,010 % <243> Si <243> 0,50% 0,001 % <243> P <243> 0,20% 0,010 % <243> AI <243> 0,10% N <243> 0,010% o resto sendo ferro e impurezas que resultam da elaboração, o dito processo compreendendo em seguida as etapas que consistem em: - bobinar a tira a quente obtida a uma temperatura compreendida entre 550 e 850<198>C, e depois - em laminar a frio a tira com uma taxa de redução compreendida entre 60 e 90 %, e depois - em recozer a tira de modo contínuo no domínio intercrítico, e - em resfriar a mesma até a temperatura ambiente, em uma ou várias etapas, a velocidade de resfriamento entre 600<198>C e a temperatura ambiente estando compreendida entre 100<198>C/s e 1500<198>C/s, - e eventualmente fazer a mesma ser submetida a um revenido a uma temperatura inferior a 300<198>C, as operações de recozimento e de resfriamento sendo conduzidas de tal modo para que a tira compreenda finalmente 1 a 15 % de martensita, e à tira de aço assim formada.
