Abstract

"PRODUTO SEMI-ACABADO DE FERRO FUNDIDO EXCELENTE EM USINABILIDADE E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a ferro fundido rígido e produtos de ferro fundido semi-acabados excelentes em usinabilidade sem tratamento térmico necessitando energia térmica massiva e um longo tempo e um método de produção permitindo que o mesmo seja produzido eficazmente, isto é, o ferro fundido de ingredientes de ferro fundido branco onde partículas de grafite esferoidal ou de grafite aplainada são dispersas, ferro fundido onde os ingredientes do ferro fundido branco satisfazem, em % em peso, (%C) <243> 4,3 - (%SI) + 3 e C <242> 1,7% e onde as partículas de grafite esferoidal são dispersas a uma densidade de 50 partículaS/mm¬ 2¬ ou mais, ou ferro fundido onde as partículas de grafite aplainada têm uma largura de 0,4 mm ou menos e um comprimento de 50 mm ou menos.
