Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE COMPRIMIDOS DE LIBERAçãO PROLONGADA". A presente invenção se refere a um novo processo para a preparação de comprimidos de liberação prolongada contendo compostos medicinais e aos produtos preparados por esse processo. A presente invenção se refere a um processo de preparação de uma composição farmacêutica de liberação prolongada com um perfil predeterminado de liberação de medicamento, mas que se desvie dele pela adição de uma quantidade eficaz para a formação de comprimidos de uma celulose insolúvel ou parcialmente insolúvel em água à composição farmacêutica, composta por um medicamento em uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz, um veículo de liberação prolongada, presente em quantidades eficaz para retardar a liberação do medicamento da composição farmacêutica, e a celulose, esta última estando presente em um sistema aquoso, o aperfeiçoamento compreendendo a adição à composição de uma quantidade eficaz de maltodextrina para retardar o aumento da taxa de liberação do medicamento pela adição da celulose a ele.
