Abstract

"MáQUINA PARA E MéTODO DE PRENDER UM SACO DE REVESTIMENTO EM LOCALIZAçõES PRECISAS NA SUPERFìCIE INTERNA DE UMA PEçA BRUTA DE RECIPIENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricar recipientes feitos de uma peça bruta de cartão ou papelão corrugado (17) tendo um saco de retenção de líquido interno (11) preso na superfície interna da caixa de papelão. O saco de retenção de líquido (11) inclui um bico (16) que se estende através de uma abertura de bico (19) formada na peça bruta de papelão (17). Durante o processo de fabricação, o bico (16) é utilizado para localizar com precisão o saco de retenção de líquido (11) de modo que quando o painel da peça bruta (17) com a abertura de bico (19) é dobrada para baixo sobre o bico (16), o bico (16) será apropriadamente alinhado com a abertura de bico (19) facilitando assim a montagem automática do recipiente. Neste processo de montagem automática, o saco de retenção de líquido (11) é preso na superfície interna do recipiente em múltiplas localizações de modo que quando o recipiente é aberto em sua configuração de uso tridimensional, é aberta uma passagem para encher o saco (11) através do bico (16).
