Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FORMAçãO DIRETA DE LIGAS DE AçO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método da invenção de formação direta de ligas no aço refere-se ã indústria de ferro e aço e pode ser usada para a produção de aço por meio de um processo de formação direta de ligas. O mencionado método de formação direta de ligas no aço consiste em produzir aço em um recipiente de produção de aço, ligar o aço assim produzido com manganês reduzido de óxidos durante o fornecimento de um material contendo óxidos de manganês e um agente de redução e a sua interação. A redução do manganês é realizada em associação com a redução de outros elementos de ligação a partir de um material contendo seus compostos não-metálicos e fornecido na superfície do metal fundido. O agente de redução é adicionado quando a altura da camada de material fornecido que contém os compostos não-metálicos dos elementos de ligação atinge 0,1 - 0,15 da altura total da camada. A temperatura de redução é mantida ao nível da temperatura de fluxo de material fornecido, um contato permanente da parte fundida do elemento de redução com a parte fundida do material fornecido contendo compostos não-metálicos dos elementos de ligação sendo também mantido. O elemento de redução é fornecido em uma quantidade que garante as características térmicas necessárias da mistura do material fornecido e do agente de redução. O mencionado método assegura uma alta recuperação dos elementos de ligação pelo metal, reduz a contaminação do aço com impurezas não-metálicas e melhora a sua qualidade.
