Abstract

"DERIVADOS DE ESTROGêNIO COMO INIBIDORES DA ESTERóIDE SULFATASE". A invenção presente fornece um composto que compreende um sistema de anel esteroidal e um grupo opcional R¬ 1¬ selecionados de qualquer um dos -OH, um grupo de sulfamato, um grupo de fosfonato, um grupo de tiofosfonato, um grupo de sulfonato ou um grupo de sulfonamida; em que o anel D do sistema de anel esteroidal é substituído por um grupo R¬ 2¬ de fórmula - L- R¬ 3¬, em que L é um grupo ligante opcional e R¬ 3¬ é selecionado dos grupos que são ou que compreendem um de um grupo de nitrila, um álcool, um éster, um éter, uma amina e um alqueno, contanto que quando R¬ 3¬ é ou compreende um álcool, L está presente; e em que o anel A do sistema de anel esteroidal é substituído na posição 2 ou 4 com um grupo R¬ 4¬, em que R¬ 4¬ é um grupo do hidrocarbil.
