Abstract

"COMBINAçãO FARMACêUTICA COMPREENDENDO ELETRIPTANO E BICARBONATO DE SóDIO". A presente invenção fornece uma combinação de (a) eletriptano, ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, e (b) bicarbonato de sódio. A combinação proporciona uma absorção rápida de eletriptano, quando tomada oralmente. A combinação é útil para o tratamento ou prevenção de uma doença para a qual é indicado um agonista de 5-HT~ 1~, particularmente para o tratamento de enxaqueca ou para a prevenção de enxaqueca recorrente.
