Abstract

"REVESTIMENTOS PARTICULADOS TENDO RESISTêNCIA MELHORADA à RACHADURA, DURABILIDADE A UV E ESTABILIDADE DE COR". A presente invenção refere-se a revestimentos em pó tendo pelo menos 25% em peso de um componente particulado funcional de epóxi (a) tendo uma T~ a~ de pelo menos 50<198>C e da estrutura (I), onde n é um número de 0 a 50, e R1 é selecionado do grupo consistindo em grupos de C~ 1~ a C~ 20~ alquila lineares, ramificados ou cicloalifáticos e misturas destes, com base no peso total de todos os componentes particulados funcionais de epóxi nas composição de revestimento em pó. As composições de revestimento em pó da invenção são adequadas para uso como iniciadores sobre eletrorrevestidos e sob sistemas de revestimento transparente/revestimento de base de compósito. Os iniciadores em pó da invenção fornecem melhoras simultâneas em amarelamento, resistência à rachadura, durabilidade a UV e flexibilidade de cor.
