Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE POLIPROPILENO USANDO CATALISADORES ZIEGLER-NATTA DE ALTO RENDIMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de uma película ou fibra de polímero onde uma composição de polímero compreendendo um homo- ou copolímero de polipropileno é formado em uma película ou fibra, e onde o dito homo- ou copolímero de polipropileno é produzido em um processo que compreende a polimerização de monómeros de propileno ou monómeros de propileno e um ou mais tipos de comonómeros na presença de um catalisador de polimerização de olefina Ziegler-Natta de alto rendimento, catalisador que compreende um componente na forma de partículas tendo uma faixa de tamanho predeterminada que foi produzido em um processo compreendendo: a) preparação de uma solução de um complexo de um metal do grupo 2 e um doador de elétron através da reação de um composto do dito material com o dito doador de elétron ou um seu precursor em um meio de reação líquido orgânico, b) reação do dito complexo em solução com um composto de um metal de transição para produzir uma emulsão cuja fase dispersa contém mais de 50% em mol do metal do Grupo 2 no dito complexo, c) manutenção das partículas da dita fase dispersa dentro da faixa de tamanho média de 5 a 200 mícrons através de agitação na presença de um estabilizador de emulsão, e d) solidificação das ditas partículas e recuperação, opcionalmente lava gem das ditas partículas para se obter o dito componente de catalisador. A invenção refere-se ainda a produtos de polipropileno que podem ser obtidos através deste processo e ao uso de produtos de polipropileno na produção de películas ou fibras.
