Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу производства полимерной пленки или волокон, причем состав полимера, содержащий гомополимер или сополимер пропилена, формуется в пленку или волокна, и причем упомянутый гомополимер или сополимер пропилена производится способом, который включает полимеризацию мономеров пропилена или мономеров пропилена и одного или нескольких типов сомономеров в присутствии высокопродуктивного катализатора Циглера-Натта для полимеризации олефинов, который содержит один из компонентов в форме частиц, имеющих размер в определенном диапазоне, и который был получен способом, содержащим: a) подготовку раствора комплекса металла Группы 2 и донора электронов путем реакции между соединением упомянутого металла и упомянутым донором электронов или его предшественником в реакционной среде органической жидкости; b) реакцию упомянутого комплекса в растворе с соединением переходного металла для получения эмульсии, дисперсная фаза которой содержит более 50 мол.% металла Группы 2 в упомянутом комплексе; c) поддержание размера частиц упомянутой дисперсной фазы в пределах диапазона 5-200 мкм путем перемешивания в присутствии стабилизатора эмульсии; и d) затвердение упомянутых частиц и извлечение, например, промыванием упомянутых частиц для получения упомянутого компонента катализатора. Изобретение, кроме того, относится к полипропиленовым продуктам, получаемым этим способом и к использованию полипропиленовых продуктов в производстве пленок и волокон.
