Abstract
"MOLDE COMPóSITO DE VOLTAGEM BAIXA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma bobina de transformador que é produzida pela formação de uma folha de material compósito sobre uma pluralidade de placas de suporte conformadas anulares, para a formação de uma camada interna. Uma bobina é enrolada em torno da camada interna. Uma camada externa é formada pelo envolvimento de uma folha de material compósito sobre a bobina. A camada externa é mecanicamente afixada à bobina. Uma base é afixada ao conjunto de bobina e um epóxi é usado para encapsulação da bobina. O epóxi forma uma ligação com as camadas internas e externas, as quais se tornam uma parte integral da bobina de transformador.
