Abstract

"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE PARA CHAPAS E CINTAS EM LIGA DE ALUMìNIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de tratamento de superfície de uma cinta, de uma chapa ou de uma peça formada em liga de alumínio, comportando uma preparação de superfície com o auxílio de um plasma atmosférico, e um tratamento de conversão química, utilizando pelo menos um dos elementos Si, Ti, Zr, Ce, Co, Mn, Mo ou V, para formar uma camada de conversão sobre a cinta, a chapa ou a peça. O tratamento, de acordo com a invenção, é mais rápido e mais económico do que os tratamentos de conversão da técnica anterior, se aplica notadamente às cintas e chapas utilizadas para a carroceria de automóvel e destinadas a serem ligadas por colagem ou soldagem.
