Abstract

"PREPARAçãO DE FARINHA DE SEMENTE OLEAGINOSA". As sementes oleaginosas de canola são tratadas para a produção de farinha de semente oleaginosa de canola para recuperação de isolados de proteína de canola a partir deste. As sementes oleaginosas de canola são tratadas a quente para desativar a mirosinases e outras enzimas e são descascadas antes da trituração das sementes oleaginosas de canola descascadas e remoção de óleo a partir destas e para fornecer a refeição de semente oleaginosa de canola.
