Abstract
"PRODUTO DE GORDURA TRANS REDUZIDA". A presente invenção está relacionada a novos usos de ciclodextrinas separadamente ou em combinação com betaglucanos para reduzir os níveis de gordura trans em produtos alimentícios e intermediários alimentícios, bem como para aprimorar o benefício hipocolesterolêmico e hipocalórico de forma individual ou sinergística com outros componentes.
