Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA TRANSPORTAR PARTìCULAS CONTENDO UM MATERIAL MAGNéTICO EM UMA DIREçãO SELECIONADA, E, FERRAMENTA PARA ESCAVAR UM OBJETO". Um dispositivo para transportar partículas contendo um material magnético em uma direção selecionada, incluindo: um ímã (7) arranjado para gerar um campo magnético para reter as partículas em uma superfície de suporte (15), por meio de que o campo magnético na superfície de suporte inclui uma banda de alto campo, uma banda de baixo campo, e um gradiente de campo magnético entre ditas bandas de alto e baixo campo; meio para avançar as bandas de alto e baixo campo relativas à superfície de suporte (15) em uma direção tendo um componente na direção de dito gradiente de campo magnético, por meio de que a banda de alto campo é seguida pela banda de baixo campo; por meio de que ao longo de dita banda de alto campo, pelo menos um primeiro pólo magnético e um segundo pólo magnético de polaridade oposta são arranjados tal que um primeiro caminho magnético na superfície de suporte do primeiro pólo magnético ao segundo pólo magnético seja mais curto do que um segundo caminho magnético na superfície de suporte cruzando a zona de gradiente do primeiro pólo magnético a qualquer outro pólo magnético mais próximo de polaridade oposta.
