Abstract

"MEIO PARA TRATAMENTO DE INFECçõES POR LEISHMANIOSE". A invenção refere-se ao uso de uma combinação de construções da expressão de DNA para a produção de um medicamento para imunização contra infecções com leishmaniose, bem como uma vacina correspondente. As construções da expressão de DNA em si são também um objeto da invenção. De acordo com a invenção, pretende-se de preferência que o antígeno imunogênico p36 LACK seja utilizado em combinação com o antígeno da proteína antioxidante específica de tiol de Leishmania infantum (TSA), o antígeno da proteína 11 de membrana do cinetoplasto de Leishmania infantum (Kmp-11) e o antígeno de glicoproteína 63 de Leishmania infantum (gp63), para a geração de uma resposta imune. Na qualidade de plasmídeos das construções da expressão de DNA, podem ser utilizados plasmídeos de construções de expressão, e de preferência são utilizadas as construções da expressão gênica minimalística, imunologicamente definida (MIDGE), de acordo com invenção. Outras construções da expressão de DNA de acordo com invenção são utilizadas para a produção de uma vacina de doenças por infecção com leishmaniose e fazem parte de uma vacina correspondente.
