Abstract
"POLìMERO DE POLIBUTILENO ALTAMENTE ESTEREOESPECìFICO E SEU PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO ALTAMENTE ATIVO". A presente patente de invenção descreve um processo de obtenção de um polímero de polibutileno altamente estereoespecífico (isostático) possuindo a etapa de polimerização de um monómero reativo, 1-buteno, o qual é usado ou não como solvente, na presença de um catalítico e de gás inerte. De acordo com a presente invenção, é possível preparar um polímero de polibutileno altamente estereoespecífico com uma atividade muito maior do que em qualquer outro processo conhecido para a obtenção de polímero de polibutileno altamente estereoespecífico. A alta estereoespecificidade do polímero de polibutileno, de acordo com a presente invenção, é um homopolímero de 1-buteno ou um co-polímero contendo <244>-olefine e até 40% de peso de um co-monómero, onde o titânio nos resíduos catalíticos não é detectado em níveis de ppm, a estereoespecificidade (índice Isotático, mmmm%) determinada por ¬ 13¬C-NMR é 96 ou mais, a distribuição de peso molecular (Mw/Mn) é entre 3 e 6 é a distribuição de peso molecular (Mw/Mn) pode ser controlada para 8 ou mais.
