Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO PARA PROLONGAR O CICLO DE FUNDIçãO DURANTE A FUNDIçãO DE TIRAS COM DOIS ROLOS, BEM COMO UMA INSTALAçãO PARA EXECUTAR O PROCEDIMENTO". A presente invenção se refere a um procedimento para prolongar o ciclo de fundição durante a fundição de tiras com dois rolos, com cilindros in-line para a tira de aço que é laminada em pelo menos duas unidades de laminação consecutivas (1, 2), de um laminador que apresenta cilindros trabalhadores (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) que podem ser substituídos. Para que o processo de fundição possa ser configurado de maneira independente da substituição dos cilindros, os cilindros trabalhadores (6a, 6b) de uma das unidades de laminação (2) são substituidos durante o processo de fundição, por cima ou por baixo da tira de aço (23) . A presente invenção também se refere a uma instalação para executar o procedimento descrito acima, na qual os cilindros trabalhadores (6a, 6b) podem ser levantados da tira de aço (23) por meio de dispositivos elevadores (17), para não danificarem a tira durante o processo de substituição dos cilindros.
