Abstract

"TRATAMENTO DE CáNCER COM EPOTILONAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um regime in vivo para o tratamento de uma doença proliferativa, preferivelmente um tumor que é refratário ao tratamento com um ou mais quimioterapeuticos diferentes de epotilona, em que uma epotilona é administrada em uma dose de carregamento seguida por pelo menos 1 dose de manutenção.
