Abstract
"REGULAçãO DA BIOMASSA DE PLANTA E TOLERáNCIA AO ESTRESSE". A invenção relaciona-se aos polipeptídeos do fator de transcrição da planta, aos polinucleotídeos que os codificam, aos homólogos de uma variedade de espécies de planta, e aos métodos de uso dos polinucleotídeos e polipeptídeos para produzir as plantas transgênicas que têm propriedades vantajosas, incluindo o aumento da biomassa ou tolerância melhorada ao frio ou outro estresse. A invenção pertence também aos sistemas de expressão que podem ser usados para regular estes polinucleotídeos do fator de transcrição, fornecendo regulação constitutiva, transiente, induzível e tecido-específico.
