Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FILTRAGEM COM FLUXO DE RETORNO". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de filtragem com fluxo de retorno para matéria sintética termoplástica, com uma carcaça (1) em que estão previstos pelo menos um canal de alimentação (2) para o material a ser filtrado e pelo menos um canal de saída (3) para o material filtrado. Na carcaça está alojado pelo menos um elemento de suporte (4), o qual contém pelo menos duas colunas de peneiras (8, 9) e que no interior da carcaça pode ser deslocado entre uma posição de filtragem e pelo menos uma posição com fluxo de retorno. Na posição de filtragem no lado de afluxo das colunas de peneiras (8, 9) estão dispostos compartimentos de distribuição (14, 15) que estão em comunicação de fluência com pelo menos um canal de alimentação (2) e os compartimentos coletores instalados no lado de descarga das colunas de peneiras (8, 9) estão em comunicação de fluência com pelo menos um canal de saída (3). Na posição de fluxo de retorno do elemento de suporte (4) o material filtrado chega do compartimento coletor (16, 17) de uma coluna de peneiras (8, 9) através de um canal de fluxo de retorno (23 ) disposto no elemento de suporte (4) para o compartimento coletor (16, 17) de uma outra coluna de peneiras (8, 9) a ser purificada. Quando o canal de descarga desta outra coluna de peneiras (8, 9) estiver fechado este material filtrado é descarregado, em conjunto com as impurezas da coluna de peneiras submetida ao fluxo de retorno, por meio do compartimento de distribuição para um canal de saída de fluxo de retorno (38). A cada coluna de peneiras (8, 9) está associado pelo menos um elemento de comando (31) deslocável na carcaça (1) em relação para com o elemento de suporte (4) para o fluxo de retorno por secções desta coluna de peneiras (8, 9). Cada elemento de comando (31) forma um canal de descarga (36), o qual na posição de fluxo de retorno se encontra em comunicação de fluência com pelo menos um canal de saída de fluxo de retorno (38) por meio de pelo menos uma abertura de comando (37).
