Abstract
"INALADOR DE Pó SECO". A presente invenção se refere a um método a um aparelho de processamento e, mais particularmente, ao processamento de um corpo de maneira a remover qualquer carga eletrostática e aperfeiçoar a performance de inalador em entrega de drogas para o trato respiratório. Em concordância com a presente invenção, a preparação de um inalador de pó seco compreende a exposição, durante a manufatura, de um inalador de pó seco opcionalmente preenchido com uma formulação de pó, ou com um ou mais componentes da mesma, para um gás em baixa pressão. A presente invenção também se refere a um processo para a redução de cargas eletrostáticas a partir de um ou mais componentes de inalador de pó seco, ou de um inalador de pó seco completo, opcionalmente preenchido com uma formulação de pó que compreende as seguintes etapas: (i) a colocação de um ou mais componentes de inalador de pó seco, ou de um inalador de pó seco completo, opcionalmente preenchido com uma formulação de pó em uma câmara; (ii) a redução da pressão de gás na câmara; (iii) o retorno da pressão para a pressão atmosférica; (iv) opcionalmente, a repetição das etapas ¢(ii)! e A presente invenção adicionalmente se refere a um inalador de pó seco que pode ser preparado conforme os processos definidos anteriormente.
