Abstract
"COBERTURA DE CANAL DE RESFRIAMENTO PARA UM PISTãO DE PEçA úNICA DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma cobertura de canal de resfriamento para um pistão de peça única de um motor de combustão interna, o pistão possuindo um canal de resfriamento fechado que passa ao redor do interior da coroa do pistão, em um nível do aro do anel do pistão e um reentrância em formato de anel proporcionada entre o aro do anel do pistão e uma haste do pistão. A haste do pistão está conectada com os cubos do pistão suspensos na coroa do pistão. Em tal pistão, uma facilidade para montar a cobertura de canal de resfriamento é alcançada por um anel plástico de peça única que é em formato de U em seção transversal, possuindo uma parte de baixo do anel e uma espiga externa ao redor de uma circunferência, moldada sobre a parte de baixo do anel e curvada em um ângulo radialmente para o exterior e uma espiga interna ao redor da circunferência curvada em um ângulo radialmente para o interior. O anel de plástico possui uma primeira divisão radial possuindo uma largura de abertura e uma segunda divisão radial, oposta à primeira divisão que passa ao redor da circunferência, para formar uma dobradiça fina para deflexão radial de uma espia em anel formada pela dobradiça fina.
