Abstract

"PROCESSO E FORMULAçãO áCIDA, SUBSTANCIALMENTE ISENTOS DE CROMO PARA A PASSIVAçãO DE SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS DE ZN, LIGAS DE ZN, AL OU LIGAS DE AL, CAMADA DE PASSIVAçãO, SUPERFìCIE METáLICA, E, METAL EM TIRA DE AçO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo essencialmente isento de cromo para a passivação de superfícies metálicas, que consiste de Zn, ligas de Zn, A1 ou ligas de A1, através do tratamento da superfície com uma preparação aquosa ácida, contendo pelo menos um polímero ou copolímero solúvel em água, essencialmente não-reticulado, que compreende pelo menos 50%, em peso, de unidades de ácido (met)acrílico, e o tratamento adicional da superfície por meio de pelo menos um agente de reticulação solúvel em água, que compreende pelo menos dois grupos de reticulação selecionados a partir de grupos azirano, oxirano ou tiirano. A invenção refere-se também a camadas de passivação, que podem ser obtidas através do método citado, e a uma preparação adequada para o referido método.
