Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA ENRIQUECIMENTO DE EXTRATOS DE TEANINA NATURAL". Um processo para otimizar a extração de teanina a partir de material de origem vegetal, mediante uma série de etapas de extração, adsorção e filtragem. Mais especificamente, é apresentado um processo para isolar a teanina a partir de um material de origem vegetal, incluindo as etapas de: a) colocar o material de origem vegetal em contato com um solvente, para obter um extrato compreendendo teanina; b) colocar o extrato de teanina em contato com um adsorvente, para obter um eluído contendo teanina; e c) submeter o eluído de teanina a uma etapa de filtragem para obter um extrato rico em teanina.
