Abstract

"PRESERVAçãO EM UMA CONDIçãO REFRESCADA E MOSTRUáRIO DE PRODUTOS DE CONFEITARIA A GRANEL OS QUAIS PODEM SER DANIFICADOS PELO CALOR". Onde é descrito um método para a preservação de produtos de confeitaria a granel em uma condição refrescada, os quais podem ser danificados pelo calor, para o propósito de permitir sua venda a retalho; os produtos (P) são mostrados, preferentemente soltos, em um recipiente refrescado (2, 12) dentro do qual um fluxo de ar refrescado pelo efeito Peltier é suprido por meio de um ventilador (40) disposto fora do recipiente (12) através de ao menos uma abertura (42) no fundo (18, 24) do recipiente (12), e forçado a fluir continuamente através das passagens tortuosas entre os produtos (P) contidos pelo recipiente, o fluxo de ar sendo ao menos parcialmente extraído do recipiente e forçado a fluir, sem troca de matéria com o exterior, em contacto com um elemento dissipador frio (32) de um módulo (28) termoelétrico com um efeito Peltier disposto no lado de entrada do ventilador (40); também é descrito um dispositivo de resfriamento de efeito Peltier para a implementação do método.
