Abstract

Présentoir (1) comprenant une enceinte (2) comprenant une zone supérieure (3) d’exposition et une zone inférieure (4) technique, la zone inférieure (4) comprenant un système de circulation forcée d’air (5) et des moyens de production de froid (6) en vue d’un refroidissement de l’air forcé à circuler, la zone supérieure (3) et la zone inférieure (4) étant séparées l’une de l’autre par un plateau (7) et communiquant entre elles par l’intermédiaire d’au moins une ouverture de soufflage (8) d’air et une ouverture de reprise (9) d’air pour une circulation en boucle de l’air entre lesdites zones supérieure (3) et inférieure (4). Le présentoir (1) comprend au moins un module à effet Peltier (10) avec un côté froid (11) et un côté chaud (12) et les moyens de production de froid (6) comprennent au moins le côté froid (11) du module à effet Peltier (10).
