Abstract
"MéTODO DE MELHORIA DO COMPORTAMENTO DE RESPINGOS DE UM PRODUTO DE GORDURA DE COZIMENTO". Método de melhoria do comportamento de espirros de produto de gordura de cozimento que contém de 0 a 5% em peso de fase aquosa dispersa que compreende as etapas de a) seleção de produto de gordura de cozimento que contém de 0 a 5% em peso de fase aquosa dispersa, b) seleção de material vegetal insolúvel em gordura que possui consistência que permite a moagem em pó, c) moagem do material vegetal em pó que possui diâmetro médio de partícula ponderado em volume (d4,3) selecionado a partir da faixa de 1 a 2000 <109>m, mistura do pó resultante ao produto de gordura de cozimento em quantidade de 0,1 a 25% em peso de produto e sua obtenção dispersa regularmente ao longo de todo o produto.
