Abstract
"MOLéCULAS DUAIS CONTENDO UM DERIVADO PEROXìDICO, SìNTESE E APLICAçõES DAS MESMAS". A presente invenção refere-se às moléculas duais, correspondentes à fórmula (I), na qual - A representa um resíduo de molécula com atividade antipalúdica e/ou um resíduo que facilita a biodisponibilidade, - p, p<39>, p<39><39> representam independentemente uns dos outros 0 ou 1, pelo menos um de p ou de p<39><39>sendo igual a 1, - Y~ 1~ e Y~ 2~, idênticos ou diferentes, representam uma cadeia alquileno, comportando eventualmente um ou vários radicais amina, amida, tioamida, sulfonila, sulfonato, sulfonamida, carbonila, tiocarbonila, carboxila, tiocarboxila, éter ou tioéter, - U representa um radical amina, amida, tioamida, sulfonila, sulfonato, sulfonamida, carbonila, tiocarbonila, carboxila, tiocarboxila, éter ou tioéter, - Z~ 1~ e Z~ 2~ representam um radical alquileno ou o conjunto Z~ 1~ + Z~ 2~ representa uma estrutura policíclica, - R~ x~ e R~ y~ formam juntos um peróxido cíclico, compreendendo de 4 a 8 cadeias e comportando 1 ou 2 átomos de oxigênio suplementares na estrutura cíclica. Processo de preparo e aplicação como medicamentos com atividade antipalúdica.
