Abstract

"PROCESSO DE COMBUSTãO EM ETAPAS DE UM COMBUSTìVEL LìQUIDO E DE UM OXIDANTE EM UM FORNO". A invenção se refere a um processo de combustão de um combustível líquido e de um oxidante, no qual se injeta pelo menos um jato de combustível líquido sob a forma atomizada e pelo menos um jato de oxidante, o jato de oxidante comportando um jato de oxidante primário e um jato de oxidante secundário, o jato de oxidante primário sendo injetado nas proximidades do jato de combustível líquido, de maneira a gerar uma primeira combustão incompleta, os gases oriundos dessa primeira combustão comportando ainda pelo menos uma parte do combustível, enquanto que o jato de oxidante secundário é injetado a uma distância 1~ 2~ do jato de combustível líquido que é superior à distância entre o jato de combustível líquido e o jato de oxidante primário o mais próximo do jato de combustível líquido, de maneira a entrar em combustão com a parte do combustível presente nos gases provenientes da primeira combustão, no qual o jato de oxidante primário é dividido em pelo menos dois jatos primários, pelo menos um primeiro jato de oxidante de envoltório que é injetado de maneira coaxial em torno do jato do combustível líquido sob a forma atomizada, e pelo menos um segundo jato de oxidante primário injetado a uma distância 1~ 1~ do jato de combustível líquido.
