Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA APERFEIçOAR DESENGOMAGEM ENZIMáTICA DE óLEOS VEGETAIS E REDUZIR OBSTRUçãO DE EQUIPAMENTO DE PROCESSAMENTO A JUSANTE". Um processo controla as características de desengomagem enzimática que causam obstrução do equipamento pós-reator do processamento em escala industrial de óleos comestíveis. Um agente anti-obstrução incluindo um ácido orgânico ou mineral é adicionado após o reator e antes de qualquer equipamento pós-reator tais como trocadores de calor e centrífugas. Tipicamente, o agente anti-obstrução é adicionado em mais do que aproximadamente 100 ppm do óleo, e tipicamente o pH da fase aquosa do óleo está entre aproximadamente 3.5 e 4.2.
