Abstract
"PROCESSO DE ATAQUE DE MINERIO DE FOSFATO". A presente invenção refere-e a um processo de ataque de minério de fosfato, compreendendo: uma digestão em uma etapa e em co-corrente de minério que apresenta um teor em P~ 2~O~ 5~ superior a 20% em peso por uma solução aquosa de ácido clorídrico a menos de 10% em peso, com formação de um licor de ataque, e uma separação entre a fase sólida insolúvel e a fase aquosa do licor de ataque, esse processo compreendendo uma neutralização prévia do licor de ataque por um agente neutralizante, antes dessa separação, de maneira a ajustar no licor de ataque a um pH que é inferior ao pH no qual uma parte significativa dos ìons fosfato em solução precipitam sob a forma de monohidrogenofosfato de cálcio (DCP), uma neutralização posterior da fase aquosa separada, mencionada, de forma a precipitar DCP puro.
